Paul joined BBSI in 2011; he and his team have experienced consistent growth and currently provide business solutions for 250+ small to medium sized business in the area. Paul joined BBSI after a 20 year career in the Medical Products industry, during which time he held a variety of roles from Sales Representative to Vice President. Paul has also consulted for start-up companies. He enjoys helping business owners build strong organizations and productive teams that improve the financial strength of the owner and employees. Paul and his wife Roberta live in Oregon City. In his free time, Paul enjoys the many great outdoor activities that the Northwest has to offer.
John joined the BBSI team in 2000. With over 34 years of leadership experience in business ownership and management positions in Human Resources, Risk & Safety, Security and Retail . John brings a vast knowledge base to his clients. He holds a BS in Business Management from Dominican College of NY, and a PHR Certificate from his years in Human Resources. Through BBSI, John has worked with hundreds of business owners in a vast scope of industries, developing unique insights into the challenges all entrepreneurs face on a daily basis. John loves soccer, and when he isn’t playing on a team, or cheering on his wife ’s team, you can find them both rooting for the Thorns and Timbers.
Ray joined BBSI at the beginning of 2018, after spending the past 15 years in the restaurant industry as an owner, trainer, and business executive. Ray has owned multiple Jersey Mike and Jack In the Box franchises here in the Northwest and served as a coach for other franchise owners, helping them with operations, systems and processes, and, most importantly, hiring and managing the right people.When he is not advocating for business owners, you can find Ray coaching youth football.
Jim has been with BBSI since January of 2017. He currently leads the Bridge City Business Unit in the Portland BBSI Branch. Previously, Jim was a business owner for twelve years; that experience gave him a first hand understanding of the challenges owners encounter on a daily basis. He is passionate about small business and truly wants to see them successful. Jim’s daughter is in her Senior Year at Ole Miss and his son is a Sophomore at Boise State University. He enjoys all the Pacific Northwest has to offer and enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, Charlotte.
